one word: home

Finally flew back Kuching yesterday evening with Kenneth and Adeline.

I've tonnes of stuff to do now since I'm back to Kuching, friends to meet, family engagements and most importantly, food. Thinking how I was so deprived of delicious Kuching food when I was in Malacca up till the finals, finally now I can put an end to this misery. Speaking of finals, my programming lecturer smsed me saying that the results are out, so I forwarded to my other coursemates and I got a reply from adeline saying that the results for maths are out as well. So I called both my lecturers and amazingly, I got an A- for Engineering maths and A for Computer Programming. Imagine how ecstatic I was when I found out, knowing that I did really bad for both subjects during the finals.

Got back from a family lunch gathering for a cousin who just came back from the States with her hubby. I figured that the lunch gathering was a great opportunity for me to meet up with other members of the family letting them know at least I haven't vanished from existence during the 5 months separation. Things was pretty awkward at first, the concealed vendetta, the clouded perceptions of one another made everything worst. However, those elements were eventually gone, I guess 5 months separation rendered all those ideas to nothing. I guess when people say "time heals", it's true after all.

I can't wait to have a bite of Her Ruey's Kueh Chap and Ang Cheng Ho's famous Kolo Mee!

I'll be posting again!
