post-trauma from exam stress

Haven't been posting for almost a week now.

The elevated exam stress are already affecting my mental state and well-being. All sorts of thoughts of consequences in all forms of shapes, sizes and tangibles are surfacing from where they should belong, in a highly-quaratined, impenetrable, airtight chest locked with the key melted away, but NOoOo.. they just had to come out at this time when brain cells are expanding at extreme rates and beta blockers are banned since drugs are no longer effective.

E.g.

As soon as I get my results, I will cringe with disappointment and take the elevator up ChongLin Plaza to the hightest floor and make my leap. If I survive, give it 6 months of recovery and 12 months more for prosthesis and a month more for adaptation. Well spent year and a half.

Then after much publicizing from the media, I will formally make my application to all the local unversities with my background of "diligence and sheer will to survive", and finally get rejected on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd intake IN A ROW! STRIKE! and I'm done for, period.

Nevertheless, thanks to my undying will to survive, I'll start applying for jobs. In each and every interview, he or she will burst into tears of hysterical laughter after seeing my STPM result slip and miraculously they'll all recommend me the same job post. Janitor.

This may not be too bad for me at that point, but as for my dad and all my aunts who have HIGH hopes in me, my dad'll drop dead as a result from instantaneous blood combustion right through the head and my aunts will disavow me as their nephew and erasing every single known documents pertaining the blood relations and the next thing you know, from low life office-mopping janitor to the head of both MBKS's and DBKU's branch of Waste Management Disposal Commitee. Not bad huh?

Owh Gawd, please stop..

up till now

I'll let you all know what I've been up to till now since I haven't been posting much lately.

Erm, we had 5 days of school break due to the fact that our squeeky clean and reputative principal decided to use our "model block" as an examination block for the PMR exams which apparently is also our classroom. I have to admit that I wasn't in the studying mood during that break period, not even close! I had a movie spree with a few friends, sometimes we even crossed the line watching two movies in a day! Imagine the guilt I'm bearing now. Land of the Dead, Flightplan, Sky High, The Myth, Red Shoe just to name a few.

Owh, and not forgetting to wish Alexis a Happy Belated Birthday here albeit 6 days late than the actual day. Despite the isolation, awkward silent moments and the pointless drivings around town and all, I had fun. We went to Frappe(pronounced "frap-pay") at Travillion Mall, a new happening location at the corner of town behind petanak for gathering and drinks. I was a little intimidated by the word "Frappe" on the pronounciation and cautiously trying to not humiliate myself when ordering, it could be pronounced as "frap" or "frap-pie" for all that matter. I just referred to the corresponding number on the side.

Then came school again, we moved to the KBSM block near the field. What sucked is that we're getting our mock results back that very day, and it wasn't pretty at all I'll tell u that. Also, our class teacher came back after her maternal leave, a serious case of "disproportionation" according to a few classmates of mine.

Elevating study stress arGH!!! Under desperate circumstances, I might succumb to my grandmother's blood pressure medication. Sigh...

Axel F's Crazy Frog and Malaysian Idol's Jaclyn Victor, similarity?

Our first Malaysian Idol has finally met her match.. introducing her "Bing Bing" and ANNOYING twin, Axel F's Crazy Frog!

Is it just me or Jac (Jaclyn Victor) already has a computer-generated virtual animation in the form of a naked frog set to compete against her ubiquitous million dollar smile? You decide. Don't get me wrong guys, I love Jac (in the sake of justness, crazy frog too).

That broad smile... Isn't it obvious?

Aww... Doesn't it just lights up your day?

that million dollar smile...

Courtesy of Mr. Goh Yu Xuan, a classmate of mine who triggered the whole cynical idea of the similarities and resemblence between the renowned duo.

Perhaps Sony BMG and Axel F should collaborate to produce a duet single between Jaclyn Victor and Crazy Frog (I could only imagine). Who knows, maybe they'll be the next big thing ever happened in auditory history!

What do u think? Does 1st Malaysian Idol winner Jaclyn Victor resembles Axel F's Crazy Frog?

Rest In Peace

On the morning after that dinner night, I was devastated by the news that my dog got killed in a car accident. Apparently, the fucking driver decided to ellope and watch "The Simpsons" at home instead of pulling over and have the conscience and decency to take responsibilty on his actions. Despicable.

I knew something was wrong when my dog wasn't anywhere to be seen when I whistled. This was just before I was leaving for the dinner. I didn't even get to name her.
She was a little black stray dog with white patches on her legs and belly aged a few months old and eventually end up at my aunt's place after much straying. My grandma had a soft spot for little dogs so we took her in and fed her as fat as a cow. I thought her simple obedient tricks like sitting, rolling over, and jumping on verbal commands. She never failed to crack a laugh in me. She always had a toungue for sweet food and her favourite is chocolate, like me, I kid you not. Whenever I whistled, she'll run towards me and give a strong hard wag with her tail for me till her whole body goes wagging along in synch. Her notorious leisure for fun is shredding papers with her paw, particularly newspapers which deserves her a little slap on her butt every single time. I didn't even have the chance to give her a name, imagine how I felt.

How can one just run over a collared dog and drive away like that?! Sheesh..
