And yet again, I'm a late blogger for festive occasions. Well, get used to it!
I'm glad to say that I've had my hair "done" (straightened and cut). The only problem I'm having is that I have no sense of styling, HELP!!! The way I style my hair isn't actually the way it's supposed to be with the cut I have. Hmm... HELP!!! the look reminded me of a bloody japanese pop star! HELP!!! Either way, I'm done for.
To be honest, chinese new year isn't actually the day I've been anticipating every year simply because we do the EXACT same thing over and over again for EVERY SINGLE frigging year! The visitings, the cleaning, the food.. Ugh, doesn't it drives u nuts!? It does for me. Moreover, we put on a fake mask hindering past conflicts and expressing fake greetings just for the sake of stepping into their homes and filling our bellies with high-fat delicacies and cholestrol-induced cakes? What are we doing to ourselves?! Think about it.
Well, not trying to "pour cold water" (chinese term for party bloopers) during the festive period. So, I rest my case.
Owh, I almost forgot, Happy Chinese New Year...

And yet again, I'm a late blogger for festive occasions. Well, get used to it!
I'm glad to say that I've had my hair "done" (straightened and cut). The only problem I'm having is that I have no sense of styling, HELP!!! I've truly lost it. One thing that I've come to realise about myself, I cannot handle pressure. The minute work loads start pilling up and responsibilities tumbling down like snowballs on a slope, I'll lose it. My sales this month was a straight half cut off my sales last month on the same period. How depressing can it get? Moreover, work politics are a handful. It's revolting, it's despicalble, I hate it.
Work ethics are questioned as well, you don't neglect your duties or play "pass the ball" simply because you've "DONE IT" more than others or it's not yet your turn. The objective of being handed a responsibility is to accomplish the task at hand and get it done, it's the end product that matters, not your lazy sorry ass. It's people like these that I myself have to take over all their respectful duties and get them done. At times, even at workplace, friends can turn their backs on each other and snatch customers away before you could even say the word "discount", obstructing the littlest conscience from their souls, and even if u confront them, this is where ugly politics take on it's role as their defensive mechanism. My drive for work is no longer there, I can't stand it.
Things to look for this week? A hair-do on my day off and movie nght on CNY eve. Just for the record, for my own reasons, I HATE chinese new year.
On a better note, I read that the Kuching Blogger's Meet was a blast from Charmaine's blog, but too bad I couldn't make it (amazing how word spreads through the net). Work ends at ten and CNY shoppers are filling in like ants, it's exhausting.. Damn, didn't know the renowned Kenny Sia actually turned up. Well guys, let me know in the future if there's anymore blogger meet-ups aight? I'll reschedule.

obviously, as you all could see, I've changed my blog layout to a more positive look. White and my favourite colour, green. I guess, the previous whole blackish layout idea kinda gives out this negative vibe about my life and it makes the entries that I post seemed a lil.. futile u might say? Don't u think? Well, it's time for a new skin on a new year babeh.
Alrite back to business, I had two days off straight from work this week on tuesday and wednesday to compensate last week's fully pledged 10 full working hours for 7 days straight. All those stock countings, missing watches and customers to attend could drive you nuts, I wouldn't be sane if I told you that stock counting is a piece of cake. This was all that I needed, a short hiatus from daily office politics/drama, obligations and responsibilities which of course I put to good use by renewing my driver's license and officially off my probation period! woot! Hung out with friends for supper and watched Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and also of course, working on the new layout on my blog.
And as for the Kuching blogger's meet on the 21st at Hornbill's corner this saturday. Sad to say, majority I wouldn't make it because work ends at ten. Say I made it there, I might end up stuffing myself with a whole pot of boiled meat down my esofagus for supper and maybe even covering for breakfast in the process.
Anyway, work starts next morning, feel free to provide some feedback about the new layout.

Yay! It's Year 2006 and I'm 6 days late to blog for new years. Owh well, no harm done.
Year 2005 has been a very bad year for me as usual. As I expected, I didn't even complete a single new year's to-do-list made in the year before! Well, I did actually, just PARTIALLY one. (the entry) Now that's really sad. As a bonus, I even got into my first real near-death experience on christmas night 2005 and I'm still living for the consequences. What a year eih?
I think the only thing I could only be grateful for is the friends I've made last year and also the fact that I'm still alive with both my arms and legs intact and my brain still connected to the my back vertebrate. And I'm proud to say that I completed my to-do-list 2005 listed number 2 where I got a new pair of shoes, that's the reason why I've got to have a pair of decent shoes before year 2006 to fulfill the promise to myself and owing loads to a few friends of mine who are willing enough to drive me around town for this "noble cause". Actually I laid eyes on those pair of shoes at Parkson's Lea Centre, but when I got the cash, it's sold and I had to go to Hopoh's Lea Centre branch to get another pair all the way for this shoe. Here's a photo of my proudly-owned Green Adidas Folcom shoe.
Pretty Eih? For me lah.
Not forgetting, after all the drama and the problems I've caused resulting from the accident, I guess it's safe to post up the pictures of the accident. I'm really sorry and guilt-ladened that I wrecked my aunt's first ever Volkswagen that she owned which also was her first vehicle worth 30 years of sentimental ties. If you were a passenger in that car, you wouldn't know that it's a 30 year old plus classic Volkswagen because the interior and the air conditioning systems are still in an applaudable condition from all my aunt's effort and years of care. Here's the aftermath of the car accident that ripped off years of sentimental ties and ladened with sheer guilt.
All I can convey are my deepest apologies to my aunt and the problems I've caused. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson (as corny as it sounds), just that it's too late. I'm still recovering slowly from the accident, minor chest pain upon abdominal straining and the pelvic thigh area.
I'll be posting again soon, but not that soon.
