the movies

Actually planned to post last nite/this morning but after I woke up like around 2.30am and realised that all my browsers were closed and the post I typed was un-retrievable then I had it put to sleep and head off to bed instead.. well watched a nice movie last nite on 8TV, "Never Been Kissed" the movie starts off with a 25 year old woman working on her first job as a news reporter being undercover as a high school student trying to scoop up some hot story and ended up trying to fit in as she was trying to when she was 17 and fell in love with one of the teacher and the movie ends with the most touching baseball match ever.. these are movies that are worth the work done to watch.. the first movie ever that managed to bring tears to me was this movie of two little kids who were best friends since young and one day the boy was trying to retrieve the "moon ring" that the girl lost and accidentally bumped into a bee hive and he was stung by swarms of bees and died of the stings.. that was during beginning of high school and I remember that it had me teared everytime I thought of the two best friends.. ahh.. classic movies are the best..

went to watch the dreadful remake of the classic movie "House Of Wax" yesterday afternoon with wei khee.. obscenity, violence, sex, gore are everything u can imagine with a cast like paris hillton in a thriller movie.. this movie makes movies like "one missed call" or "juon" seem like crap.. the murder-killing scenes were so horrifying and gruesome that I freaked out on the first "cutting" scene.. but after that, things seem to be normal enough for me to continue the experience.. Ugh.. Parents, kids should NOT watch this unless u want them to grow up indulging in their careers as a serial-murder/wax-sculpturist living by the feeling of satisfaction OR spending the rest of their lives in a mental institution recovering from post-traumatic shock owing all to severed body parts and insidious waxing of the human body while alive..

I'm glad I survived the movie.. so more movies to be expected, especially "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" and "Fantastic Four"..
